Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are authorized dealers for everything we sell, We may solve your issue by providing a replacement part or parts.

All returns must be authorized by tulind and must be completed within 30 days of order invoice date. Before returning the product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number. Items must be returned in new, unused condition, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense unless you are returning an item that is defective, damaged by a shipping carrier or shipped in error by

All of our products are offered free shipping, so please note if you return a product that is not defective or damaged and has free shipping, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. Original shipping costs may be waived if exchanging for another item. All returns will be inspected prior to issuing refund. 

All products must be returned within 30 days from the invoice date, 100% complete, in resalable condition, and must include original packing material, manuals, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.

Once an RMA number is obtained, you may use UPS, FedEx, or any other ground parcel carrier of your choice.We will issue a refund once the returned item is received in our warehouse and inspected.
